Shop Policies

Purchasing

I list everything that I have available for purchase here on my website. If you do not see what you are looking for, it has likely sold out at the moment but check back, some popular styles may be released again at a later date. I make my jewelry by hand and in small quantities, releasing new collections a few times a year. The collection release dates are announced on Instagram @kariclarkjewelry and other social media.

Shipping
Everything shown on the website is ‘ready to ship’ and will usually be on its way to you the next day. I will contact you if there are any issues that would not allow your jewelry to ship within two days.

My primary shipping method is USPS, First Class. Packages tend to arrive in 2 to 3 days. Other shipping such as Next Day or Priority Mail or other shipping providers can be accommodated for an additional fee. All packages are insured for $50. Additional insurance will be provided as needed.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and when your item is shipped you will receive an email including the USPS tracking number.

Returns
If you submit an order, you have agreed to the purchase of the item. Please read the listings carefully and view additional photos prior to making a purchase. If you feel the item was not accurately described or photographed contact me. If your piece is broken or has been damaged during shipping please email me with a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of receipt and I will either repair the damage or replace with a similar item.

If any piece of jewelry becomes damaged please contact me and I will work with you to repair or replace as needed.

KC Jewelry does not sell nor share any personal data collected with any outside agency or organization except for that needed necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing).

If you opt into emails I may at times send you information about sales or new collections. You may opt out of such contact by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
